Descriptions: A part of medical service design project, we developed three variations of ICT systems for Department of Rhematology. Their main requests are i) how easily the patients keep a record of their pains, ii) how easily they keep a record of medication history, and iii) how quickly people can find the specialists for Rheumatological treatments? All these requests were met by Rheucare (symptom recording App), Rheusearch (finding Rheumatology specialists Web), and Rheumed (medication recording App). We followed a user-centred design approach (inter alia, Co-Design with doctors, and patients), and now evaluating the effect of the ICT systems.
