Descritions:One of the biggest hurdles for collborating between engineers and designers is the definitive approach to design concepts. The engineers more focus on how things work rather than how things look and how things can be perceived to users that the designers are interested in. We exercised a workshop called "emotion prototying" with both the engineering and the design students. Through this practical session, we found what ways co-design could be achieved and what ways are best for the engineering students to know the concept of design. A two-day workshop experience and lessons learnt from this workshop are included in this article.
